Precinct Chairs, Tom Pauken Endorse Hancock

More than 40 Republican precinct chairs have joined Tom Pauken, former Texas Republican Party Chairman and Reagan Administration official, in endorsing Rep. Kelly Hancock for Senate District 9.
“Republicans here in Senate District 9 and longtime champion for conservative values, Tom Pauken recognize that we are the conservative choice on the ballot. Voters know when they cast their vote for me, they are voting for the proven, principled conservative who will work hard to get results for our region. I am honored and humbled by the strong support our campaign has received, and promise to be the leader Senate District 9 families deserve,” Rep. Hancock said.
The list of supporters continues to grow, including endorsements from a number of SD 9 precinct chairs, Gov. Perry, General Abbott, Comptroller Combs, Ag. Commissioner Staples, State Rep. Rodney Anderson, Irving Mayor Beth Van Duyne, Southlake Mayor John Terrell, former Fort Worth Mayor Bob Bolen, Cathie Adams, former President, Texas Eagle Forum, Texas Alliance for Life, Texas Right to Life, Texans for Fiscal Responsibility, Young Conservatives of Texas, Texans for Lawsuit Reform, Texas Association of Manufacturers, Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, Texas Association of Business, Texas Civil Justice League, Arlington Police Association, North Richland Hills Firefighters Association, and the Tarrant Republican Club.
Senate District 9 includes all of Hancock’s current State House District. In addition, it includes Southlake, the Tarrant County portion of Westlake, Euless, and Keller along with sections of Hurst, Bedford, Arlington, Irving, and Grand Prairie.
Hancock was first elected to the Texas House in 2006, and is Chairman of the Republican Caucus Policy Committee. Prior to his service in the Texas Legislature, Hancock spent 13 years on the Birdville ISD School Board. He owns Advanced Chemical Logistics, his family-founded company. Kelly and his wife, Robin, have been married 25 years and have three children.
