Hancock Wins in Senate District 9

Rep. Kelly Hancock has won the Republican nomination in Senate District 9. Hancock made the following statement:
“Todd Smith has been a committed public servant to the people of House District 92, and I thank him for his service to our State. I am honored and humbled to have the support of Senate District 9 families. North Texas families deserve the kind of principled, conservative leadership that will keep Texans working, taxes low, and family values protected, so we can have an even better Texas for our children and grandchildren. We will continue to work hard getting our message out to voters between now and November.”
