Meet Kelly Hancock

Kelly is a local business owner, who knows what it takes to keep people on the job and off the unemployment line. He’s your typical hard-working small businessman, one of many in our community who work hard every day to grow our local economy. His company got started seven years ago in the family’s playroom and since then it has grown to become one of the Metroplex’s most well respected. It won “Small Business of the Year” honors from the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce in 2006.
Like you, Kelly understands what made North Texas a national leader in job growth and he’ll keep working hard to make sure we continue our success.
As our Republican State Representative, Kelly has built a reputation as someone who could be counted on to support balanced budgets, lower taxes and greater individual freedom. And he was singled out as a “Champion for Free Enterprise” and a “Taxpayer Hero” by independent, pro-growth organizations across Texas.
Born at All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, Kelly Hancock is truly one of us. Kelly grew up here and even at a young age, worked at the family’s farm and ranch store in Decatur. He married his high school sweetheart, Robin, and the couple now has three wonderful children: Chloe, Skylar and Harrison. As a family, the Hancocks stay very involved in our community through their participation in school, church and volunteer events. Kelly began his commitment to public service shortly after the birth of his first child, Chloe, and spent the next 13 years serving on the Birdville ISD School Board.
This is the kind of person, the kind of public servant, we need serving us in the Texas State Senate. As our next Republican State Senator, Kelly Hancock will continue to fight for the values we hold dear and to protect our jobs, our values and our local economy.
